All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Nationwide delivery across Pakistan takes approximately 3 to 5 working days. A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders above PKR 4500. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may also request it via WhatsApp. Please note: We currently only deliver within Pakistan.
Exchange Policy
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact. Sale items are also eligible for exchange. Exchanges requested after 7 days may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges, unless the product was incorrect or defective due to our error.
